Interiors: The Kitchen Tour

As promised, I’m happy to welcome you into my little flat and today we’re visiting the kitchen! There’s no entry hall in my flat, I’ve decided to not have one so every inch of space is perfectly used and it allowed me to gain so much space. It’s also very pleasing to the eye as it makes the rooms seem larger. So once you set foot in my flat, you directly set foot in my kitchen! I agree it’s a little odd at first, but you get used to it and it’s actually better that way.

I went for a monochrome kitchen. Glossy white cabinets + dark countertop. My first choice was a wooden countertop but I’m so glad I went for quartz in the end as it’s really low maintenance and I do have enough wooden surfaces in the flat in the end.

The small appliances are cream colored and I added some props like a marbled board (that only serves as a background for my photos, let’s be honest), my favorite recipe books, a tray and a utensil holder both from Zara Home, and a little metallic basket from H&M Home. Cutlery is again from Zara Home.

The last two pictures are meant to show you how the kitchen connects to the living room.
