Finally, another beauty post! Kinda missed the light subjects.
Oh My Cream! is a concept store in Paris that I heard about for years but never dared to visit in person. Instead, I lurked behind their online shop without even buying anything. Yep, very exciting – I’m a good girl, right?
As I mentioned in my last wishlist post, I really wanted to try out Pai‘s new serum but wasn’t quite sure it was going to be appropriate for my skin so I decided to go to the store, as it is one of the few (if not the only one) to sell the brand in Paris. If you ever come to Paris, and oddly wish to buy UK products (funny right, how we’re always seeking for brands that are out of our reach), Oh My Cream! is full of little gems (Ren, Antipodes, Dermalogica, Sachajuan, Sunday Riley, etc.).
I finally got out of there with the Instant Calm Redness Serum from Pai, and a sample of the Chamomile & Rosehip Calming Day Cream to try at home. I love how the serum sets completely in about 2 seconds. I use it by day right after cleansing with the Bioderma Sebium H2O and right before Kiehl’s Skin Rescuer. In the evening I only apply the Kiehl’s cream after removing my makeup with Filorga’s Micellar Solution and cleansing with the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel. Either way, after cleansing I always use a spritz of the Uriage Thermal Water and then I’m ready to moisturize.
I’m kind of going in different directions with this post but that basically sums up my skincare routine lately and my skin seems to be fine with it for now (except for the few flare-ups I’m dealing with from time to time because I have sensitive skin). I’m no expert and I’m sure I can still improve my skincare but in case you were curious, here’s what I’m doing.
